
Return & Refund Policy – Kissan Bachat
If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for a refund depending on the product category and its condition. Kindly refer to the detailed terms and conditions mentioned below for each product category.
Important Note:
Before purchasing any product, we strongly recommend that you carefully read the product details, return criteria, and delivery charges. Proceed with the purchase only if you are fully satisfied. Otherwise, please refrain from placing the order.
Non-Returnable Products:
Some products cannot be returned if the reason for return is “No longer needed” (for example: change of mind, dislike after opening, or size issue).
Specifically:
- Fertilizers and pesticides are not eligible for return if the correct product was delivered.
- Seeds or Hybrid Seeds — Issues raised after usage or after the return window will be forwarded to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned. Please refer to the complete list of non-returnable items for further clarity.
- This return policy does not apply to “Overseas Products”.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Product received is damaged (physically broken or destroyed) or defective (non-functional on arrival).
- Product received is incorrect (different from product description on the website) or incomplete (missing parts or accessories).
- Product is “No longer needed” — applicable only for selected products purchased from Kissan Bachat’s website, Android app, or iOS app (subject to return policy eligibility).
