Kissan Bachat does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent on our website, Android app, or iOS app. We view the protection of users’ privacy as a very important principle. We store and process your information on secure computers protected by physical and technological security measures. You can access and modify your information and choose not to receive certain communications by signing in to your account. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way, please do not use our services.
INDEMNITY
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
NO AGENCY
This Agreement does not intend to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship.
NOTICES
We will send notices to you via email or mobile number provided to ‘Kissan Bachat’ during the registration process. Notice will be considered delivered 24 hours after the email is sent unless we are informed that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may send you legal notice by registered mail to the address provided during registration, considered received within three days of mailing.
TERMINATION
We may, without prior notice, immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under them. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Site, Android app, or iOS app of Kissan Bachat. We may also revoke your access credentials. Any termination will not affect the rights and obligations of the parties arising before termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, Android app, or iOS app, or any of its terms and conditions, your sole remedy is to discontinue using them.
USER'S DATA / DELETION
Users can create their account on KissanBachat.pk via Facebook, Google, Apple, or email address. By creating an account, users can easily place orders and view their order history in the “My Account” section. We use your data to keep your order history and contact you regarding order delivery. You may request deletion of your account and data, and we will permanently delete your account along with all data. You may also create a new account at any time.
